The Zone™ ultraviolet curing system ensures the immediate curing of ultraviolet inks and coatings for in-line processing. The Zone™ ultraviolet curing system offers variable lamp control and a continuous air management system not found in any other UV design. The patented air-cooled design eliminates the operating costs associated with water-cooled systems. The uniquely designed Zone™ UV curing system features individually controlled UV lamps allowing flexibility for various widths and coverages. Each lamp can be independently turned on or off and varied in intensity with the touch of a button. No moving parts to wear out! This system can save up to 35% in yearly energy costs over conventional water-cooled systems. Additionally, other UV systems can cost as much as 50% more than the Zone™ UV curing system. |
