The Quik Dry® flexo infrared drying system ensures the immediate drying of water-based inks, varnishes, and coatings for in-line finishing. The uniquely designed Quik Dry® flexo infrared drying system combines maximum efficiency short wave infrared heat energy and a patented high velocity air management system. Short wave infrared energy is radiated to the substrate. This aids setting and drying by warming the printed ink. High velocity, high pressure air is applied to the substrate which accelerates the removal of water, alcohol, or solvent. By drying each color before the next is applied, the Quik Dry® flexo infrared drying system adds value to your flexo or converting operation, making it possible to efficiently produce higher quality graphics. |
