3. Net Adjustments
4. Base Covers
Net Life:
Original Nets:
Many users get up to one million impressions from the nets, some get more and some get less.
The net life depends on the type of printing that they do.
Original Nets with Stripes:
Many users get between one million and two million impressions from the nets. This is due to the conductive stripes in the net material.
StripeNets:
Many users get between one million and four million impressions from the nets. This is due to the flatness of the net and the conductive stripes in the net material.

Conductive Stripes:
Why the Stripe:
The stripes in the nets help align the nets to keep them straight and even during the installation process. They are also conductive which helps eliminate and transfer static to the Super Blue 2 base cover material.
Precision Cutting:
With the Stripe Net series, you will find that they are easier to measure and trim prior to the installation process. This allows more consistent tension or looseness of the net materials between units, which helps reduce marking problems and simplifies installation or adjustments.
Our factory can precisely cut the StripeNets to the proper size for your press, reducing the time consuming chore it normally takes the press crew to determine the proper tension or looseness.

Net Adjustments:
All three types of nets are easily adjusted and can be replaced in a matter of minutes. The Original Nets and Original Net with Stripes stretch periodically and need tightening from time to time, where as the StripeNet does stretch eliminating this maintenance.

Base Covers:
Original "Blue" base covers:
These base covers are manufactured to be frictionless and virtually maintenance free, they have a life expectancy of three to five years with proper care.
Super Blue 2 "Black" base covers:
These covers are manufactured to be conductive and virtually maintenance free, they actually absorb and dissipate static electricity because of the unique materials it is made of. They have a life expectancy of three to seven years with proper care.
Cylinder Coatings:
The cylinder surface coatings (both the original Blue and the Black) are similar to the base covers. Surface coatings life expectancies are between one and ten years with proper care.
